It has been announced today that "City of Light," the fifth and final episode of Batman: The Telltale Series' first season, will be released on December 13th. Like previous instalments, it will be available for $4.99, and after really putting players on the spot in "Guardian of Gotham" (as is the Telltale way), you'd best believe that this chapter is going to wrap things up in a very unique and exciting manner.

For more on what to expect from this episode, here's the official synopsis from Telltale Games.

In Episode 5, the leader of the Children of Arkham prepares to execute the final act of a plan to destroy the Wayne family name, and the people closest to you are in their path of vengeance. Can Batman’s ultimate secret be kept – his very identity – when it is causing chaos and death in Gotham? The fate of the Wayne family and of the city itself rests on your choices. What will you do? How far will you go? Which mask will you wear?

Do you think Batman's secret identity will be revealed when the story wraps up? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts on that and these latest details about the game in the comments section.
