Just a few weeks ago, Sega announced SolSeraph — a brand-new intellectual property developed by ACE Team and coming to the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC(Steam) on the 10th of July.

What's interesting is that the game is heavily inspired by Enix and Quintet's classic Super nintendo title ActRaiser, which is a game that mixes strategy and action gameplay; something that the developers have made a core gameplay mechanic in SolSeraph

Much like ActRaiser before it, SolSeraph will have players manipulating weather and expanding their territory in Strategy Mode, while in Action Mode they will be fighting powerful monsters with a sword and shield as the Greek God Helios.

As SolSeraph becomes available today, Sega and ACE Team have released a new trailer that shows off both the Strategy and Action gameplays that players should expect to find in the game.

Take a look:

SolSeraph puts you in the wing-tipped shoes of an almighty divinity who is tasked with rebuilding civilization while protecting the populace from the constant threat of mythical demons and monsters!

SolSeraph is available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC(Steam) today.
