We just got an email from Daniel over at EA stating that EA launched the official Godfather II website earlier today.

"...it’s more than just a generic fact sheet hosted on a server and left for nothing more than to occupy server space. We’ve done a lot of work with the site in order to ensure users have not only a reason to visit, but consistent content updates to give them a reason to return."

They're also introducing a feature entitled "The Inner Circle." Signing up for this will grant a user access to exclusive assets, developer diaries, and a few other pages to make it worth your while. I’d encourage you to sign up so you can be in the loop on anything Godfather II related, and even enter to win our latest giveaways.

For this contest in particular; you can enter to have one of the Godfather II video game players be named after you, and at the same time receive a copy of Paramount’s The Godfather: The Coppola Restoration trilogy gift set. The drawing date for this contest is September 15th so if you’re interested, you'd better hurry before people catch on.
