Batman: Arkham Knight was supposed to be Rocksteady Games' final video game featuring the Caped Crusader but the release of Arkham VR got fans excited about the possibility that they would return to the franchise somewhere down the line. Well, as far as we know, that's not happening but Gaz Deaves, head of marketing at Rocksteady, has taken to Twitter to tease a very exciting new announcement.

In recent years, it's been rumoured that Rocksteady could be working on games revolving around both Superman and the Justice League so it will be interesting seeing if this project winds up being that.

Either way, whatever Rocksteady comes out with should be incredible based on their past work but if they have decided to move away from the world of superheroes, that would be a real disappointment. What do you guys think could be on the way? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
