Ubisoft really seem to truly embrace the very idea of cross-promotion. Recently,
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands players has had a chance to meet characters from
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six: Siege, and even older
Ghost Recon games (like
Future Soldier), while beloved heroes from Square Enix's properties have been also appearing in Ubisoft's video games and the other way around.
It looks like it's just a beginning, as the universe of
Assassin's Creed is seemingly coming to Ubisoft's own
For Honor. Ubisoft just uploaded a short video on
For Honor's Twitter feed that features the Abstergo logo and Assassins' motto “
nothing is true, everything is permitted," "strongly" suggesting that these two worlds will collide in a very near future, as the crossover will be announced tomorrow.
The video ends with the message “
Full reveal on Dec. 20 at 12 PM EST on The Warrior’s Den livestream!" The Warrior's Den is a livestream held by the
For Honor team to give players an idea of what's coming next to the fighting title. While it may be something as big as
Wildlands’ events, it might be the right time to cool your jets, as it will most definitely be some sort of an
AC-themed gear pack.
Enter the chaos of a raging war as a bold Knight, brutal Viking, or deadly Samurai, three of the greatest warrior factions of legend. For Honor is a fast-paced and immersive experience, mixing skill with visceral, never-before-seen melee combat. Storm castles in massive battles and confront deadly bosses in the memorable story campaign and support your allies while slaughtering enemies in the groundbreaking multiplayer modes where your combat skills will make the difference between life and death.
For Honor is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC NOW!
