Ubisoft has officially announced that well over 20 million unique players have joined the
For Honor fun since its big debut in February 2017, definitely making it one of Ubisoft's most-played back-catalog releases, just after
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege (at the moment with more than 45 million users).
Given that the game's initial launch was far from "successful," Ubisoft has many reasons to be thankful for its fanbase that is still supporting this two-year-old medieval fighting title. The fact that the French publisher is also supporting
For Honor with new updates (such as the upcoming inclusion of a brand-new fighter, the Hitokiri), suggests that the current numbers of players will grow rapidly in the future.
As a reminder, two yet-to-be-announced playable heroes are still on their way to join the
For Honor roster of characters in the ongoing
Year of the Harbinger – including a new Viking and a Wu Lin.
To celebrate that achievement, Ubisoft has released a motion poster that you can see down below:
Enter the chaos of a raging war as a bold Knight, brutal Viking, or deadly Samurai, three of the greatest warrior factions of legend. For Honor is a fast-paced and immersive experience, mixing skill with visceral, never-before-seen melee combat. Storm castles in massive battles and confront deadly bosses in the memorable story campaign and support your allies while slaughtering enemies in the groundbreaking multiplayer modes where your combat skills will make the difference between life and death.
