Sony Pictures' Screen Gems has released the last poster for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, and that means this is the final poster for a Resident Evil movie, well, ever (until the inevitable reboot that is). Of course, given the critical reaction to these movies from reviewers and fans alike, there's a chance that the franchise has been damaged so much that it will remain on the shelf for a very long time to come.
The Final Chapter picks up immediately after the events in Retribution, and Alice (Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity’s final stand against the undead. Now, she must return to where the nightmare began – The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse. It sounds...good?
The cast of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter includes Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Iain Glen, Shawn Roberts, Ruby Rose, Eoin Macken, William Levy, Fraser James, and Rola. It will be released on January 27th.
