Telltale Games has released a new teaser trailer for
The Walking Dead: The Final Season, the fourth and final season of developer's narrative adventure series. The second trailer arrives ahead of San Diego Comic-Con which Telltale has plans to debut a live gameplay demo during. The demo will be hosted on IGN tomorrow, July 19 at 4:20pm PT. However, the footage will be shared on Telltale's YouTube channel the next day, Friday, July 20, at 8:00am PT.
As for today's trailer, it teases the conclusion of Clementine's adventure within the post-apocalyptic, zombie-infested world of
The Walking Dead. A lot has happened since we were first introduced to a much-younger Clementine back in 2012. Now four seasons later, Clementine is older, hardened, and more aware of her surroundings. Set a few years after
A New Frontier, Clementine finds herself looking after AJ in a storyline that very much reflects the one we first played as with Lee Everett years ago.
Clementine, now a fierce and capable survivor, has reached the final chapter in her journey. After years on the road facing threats both living and dead, a secluded school might finally be her chance for a home. But protecting it will mean sacrifice. Clem must build a life and become a leader while still watching over AJ, an orphaned boy and the closest thing to family she has left. In this gripping, emotional final season, you will define your relationships, fight the undead, and determine how Clementine's story ends.
Episode one of
The Final Season will be available for download on August 14 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One and is currently available for pre-order for $19.99.
