Back in July of last year, Bandai Namco announced that they were working on a new game based on the popular Digimon media franchise — revealing that the game would be releasing for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC at some point in 2019.

Digimon Survive is the new role-playing game that Bandai Namco announced, but after the announcement we didn't really get any news regarding the project until just recently, as the developer has released a new Developers Diary that reveals some very interesting details about the game's development.

Producer Habu Kazumasa reveals that Digimon Survive is a game that is striving to cater to both kids and people of varying ages can enjoy, as he understands that the Digimon series appeals across many generations. The video also give us a good look at some early concept art for the characters, and even reveals interesting details about previous Digimon games.
