Ubisoft has definitely been a crowd pleaser today, revealing quite a handful of new titles during their E3 conference. They have, however, not only announced sequels to previously existing series, but they have also announced brand-new intellectual properties, and the latest one is one that may end up being quite epic.

Gods & Monsters is a brand-new intellectual property from Ubisoft, and today the developer has shared an intriguing world premiere cinematic trailer that introduces us to a world set in Ancient Greece — where players will take on the role of a forgotten hero who sets out on a quest to save the Greek gods.

What's even more interesting is that this title is being developed by the creators of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, which is another Ubisoft title set in Ancient Greece; considering the overwhelmingly positive reception that Odyssey had, it's safe to assume players will be in for a treat when Gods & Monsters releases for home consoles and PC on the 25th of February in 2020.

Check it out:

From the creators of Assassin’s Creed® Odyssey comes a storybook adventure about a forgotten hero on a quest to save the Greek gods. Prove your heroism by fighting dangerous mythological creatures and taking on their fearsome leader in a face-off for the ages. Explore a beautiful fantasy world where tricky trials, treacherous dungeons, and heroic feats await. The journey will be as challenging and rewarding as the final destination, and you will emerge as the hero you are meant to become.

Gods & Monsters will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 25th of February in 2020.
