SAMURAI SHODOWN: Sogetsu Kazama Embraces Death In Brand-New Character Trailer; Release Date Confirmed

Fans of Samurai Shodown, rejoice! SNK has released a brand-new character trailer that shows off Sogetsu Kazama, and also reveals that the character will become available next week.

In January of this year, SNK announced that four new fighters would be joining the roster in Samurai Shodown as part of the game's Season Pass 2; with the first three revealed to be Mina Majikina, Sogetsu Kazama, and Iroha as returning characters, and a mysterious other fighter that still hasn't been revealed.

Mina Majikina was already released in February, and today SNK has released a brand-new character trailer that focuses on Samurai Shodown IV protagonist Sogetsu Kazama; showing off some of his deadly water-based attacks against his enemies, and even against his own brother Kazuki Kazama.

For those fans who canot wait for Sogetsu to become available we have some great news, as SNK has also revealed that the Kazama Clan ninja will be joining the Samurai Shodown roster next week; on Wednesday the 1st of April, to be more precise.

After more than a decade, Samurai Shodown is back! SNK is rebooting one of its most successful series, carrying on the legacy of past titles with a new game that retains the same thrilling battles of past titles in a graphically advanced package.

Samurai Shodown is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Stadia.
PC version expected to launch in Q1 of 2020.
