The roster for Bandai Namco's
Soul Calibur VI is getting even bigger as Voldo, The Guardian of the Vault, has been revealed to make a comeback.
As one of the weirdest-looking characters in the entire
Soul series, Voldo comes back in
SoulCalibur VI in a suit that will further complement his odd, and lethal fighting style—which makes us, the players, as well as the characters in the game a little bit uncomfortable. He's also armed with his classic pair of Katars, Manas and Ayus, slashing anyone who dares even come close to his treasures.
Voldo is also one of the few characters in the series—alongside Mitsurugi, Siegried, Nightmare, and Cervantes de Leon—who has been present in every single game in the
Soul series since the very first game,
Soul Blade, back in 1996. Now, fans of the disturbing, and yet awesome, sado-masochist will finally be able to play as him when
SoulCalibur VI releases this October.
