Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is finally becoming available next week — on Tuesday the 26th of May, to be more precise — and NetherRealm Studios has been revealing some new details about the characters that will be joining the roster, new stages, and even the free update it comes with.

The Aftermath expansion revealed that Mortal Kombat series veterans Sheeva and Fujin would be added to the game, and that they would be joined by RoboCop from Paul Verhoeven's cult classic film of the same name; with Peter Weller returning to voice the iconic character after almost 30 years.

Ahead of next week's launch of Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, NetherRealm Studios has shared a character trailer that introduces newcomers to the series to Raiden's younger brother Fujin, the elemental god of wind, who hasn't been playable since Mortal Kombat: Armageddon released in 2006.

NetherRealm Studios also revealed that players will get an in-depth look at Fujin during tomorrow's new Kombat Kast episode, which will be streamed live at 3:00 PM CST, and will eventually be uploaded to the Mortal Kombat YouTube channel; just in case you miss it, of course.

Don't forget to check out this new character trailer for Fujin, which is actually narrated by none other than Johnny Cage.

On May 26th the epic saga continues with Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath! This new entry expands the critically acclaimed story campaign of Mortal Kombat 11 with an all-new cinematic narrative centered around trust and deceit. Joining the fight will be Mortal Kombat alumni, Fujin and Sheeva, and guest character, RoboCop, making his series debut!

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath will release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 26th of May.
