Bungie is adding a developer High Noon Studios to the Destiny Franchise. High Noon Studios recently posted a job advertisement that hinted towards an previously unnannounced alliance between the studios. Here is an excerpt from the advertisement stating,
We need to add world class talent as we partner with Bungie to support work on their ground breaking Destiny Franchise.
A requirement for the job is being, "Passionately familiar with the Destiny franchise." Hopefully this is a good thing. High Noon Studios employs over 100 people. It is also noteworthy to mention that Bungie has over 70 job openings that are still waiting to be filled.
What do all these jobs openings have in common? Recently Bungie has hinted that after the House of Wolves release that there would be more conent to follow in the fall. The also said that it would be the biggest addition to the game yet. All of this commotion could be to fill the demand it has for Destiny's new content.
Bungie also recently trademarked "The Taken King," as it could be the name of the next expansion. The House of Wolves has been a much better success than the Dark Below. The shift from raids to a Gears of War type horde mode has been extremely fun and a great change of pace. Bungie is getting on track to making Destiny an extremely fun game to play with tons of content. Here here Bungie!
