DOOM 64 was officially revealed for the Nintendo Switch earlier in September — after having been rumoured for a while — and it was expected to release on the same day that the long-awaited DOOM Eternal launched: on the 22nd of November.

While DOOM 64 is still releasing on the same day, both DOOM Eternal and DOOM 64 were pushed back to the 20th of March, as well as revealed that the latter was not only releasing for the Nintendo Switch, but also for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Bethesda had only announced that DOOM 64 would be re-releasing, but we didn't get a proper trailer with the announcement; that is, until now — as Bethesda has finally released a proper, albeit kinda short, and action-packed gameplay trailer for DOOM 64.

Are you planning on purchasing the game too? Bethesda had previously revealed that DOOM 64 is now a pre-order bonus for DOOM Eternal; meaning that if you pre-order DOOM Eternal, you'll get the other one for free.

Check it out:

Fight through demonic hordes, hunt down the Mother of Demons, and stop Hell's invasion as you battle through more than 30 action-packed levels. Be on the lookout for classic weapons and secrets to help you put an end to the demonic threat.

DOOM 64 will release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 20th of March in 2020.
