Tom Clancy's The Division 2 takes place seven months after the deadly virus was released in New York and ruined the once-great city. Just like the first Division, the sequel will spotlight people who banded together to survive by any means necessary, this time facing the True Sons, a militaristic faction made up of mutineers and criminals who believe that might makes right.
Dark Horse Comics and Ubisoft have proudly announced that their new mini-series
Extremis Malis is the latest entry into the
Tom Clancy's The Division series.
Extremis Malis is written by Christofer Emgard (
The Whispering Dark, Mirror's Edge, Exordium), with Fernando Baldo (
Deep Gravity, Thief) as the artist, and Michael Atiyeh (
Conan the Avenger, Green Lantern: Rebirth) as the colorist.

months after a bioweapon attack devastated New York City, the Division agents are the last hope of a United States struggling to hold itself together. During a mission gone horribly wrong, Division Agent Caleb Dunne's partner is gruesomely killed and Dunne vows to track down the mysterious woman responsible. As he gathers clues to her whereabouts, he uncovers a grave threat to a nation already on the brink of total collapse."
