Currently sitting at a very respectable 85% score on Metacritic (PC),
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has clearly improved upon the original's shortcomings, at least according to the first reviews. When it comes to the consoles, PS4 is at 81% and Xbox One at 77% with only 10 reviews in the database so far.
While the scores are nothing to be ashamed of, the fact that some critics have clearly focused on
The Division 2's apparent "message" (or the lack of it) rather than its core gameplay mechanics, world-building , and arguably the most important aspect of every looter shooter - the actual loot and progression system - should tell you everything you need to know about today's global media.
Developed by Ubisoft Massive and the same teams that worked on 2016's
