Todd Howard took to the stage of Bethesda's E3 presentation to admit that the criticism that the studio received on account of Fallout 76 (specifically its launch) was warranted. To remedy the countless issues with the multiplayer Fallout instalment, Bethesda has been hard at work with many updates.
During their E3 presentation, Bethesda announced their biggest Fallout 76 update yet. One of the most prevalent criticisms of the game was that, without interactive NPCs, the world simply felt empty and lifeless. Well, human NPCS are set to be added to Fallout 76 in the upcoming "Wastelanders" expansion.
As well as the addition of NPCs, Bethesda announced that Fallout 76 would also be getting a battle-royale mode. This mode is called "Nuclear Winter" and will allow 52 players to participate per game. All of this new content will be coming to Fallout 76 this Fall.
