Epic Games has announced that Fortnite update version 3.4 is on track to arrive tomorrow, March 29. Taking to Twitter, the developer confirmed they are targeting a 4am ET release for the update which will result in "extended downtime."
Patch notes for the update probably won't be available until it goes live; however, Epic has been teasing the arrival of a few new things on social media.
For starters, the Guided Missile, which is said to be "coming soon," will likely be included in the update. Epic released a teaser trailer for the deadly weapon today, showing off how it'll work. It appears players will be able to control the actual flight of the missile remotely. It's unclear how easy or difficult the missile will be to control, but the trailer shows it flying through doors and windows, up staircases, and around trees. With that kind of accuracy, no one will be safe.
In addition to the Guided Missile, it appears the Save the World PvE mode will be getting a new questline called "The Three Huskateers." Judging by the teaser photo, it looks like it will be some sort of Easter-themed quest.
That's all Epic has teased on social media, but be sure to check back tomorrow for the full patch notes for Fortnite update v3.4.
