For weeks, EA has provided us with updates on the future of the Battlefield series, and today, we got our first official look. The reveal trailer for Battlefield 6 was released today, unleashing explosive all-out warfare.

The trailer provides an overall synopsis of the story behind the latest Battlefield campaign, but more importantly, it gives us our best look yet at the visceral combat and explosive action that awaits. Battlefield's signature grand scale combat is on full display as we witness vehicular carnage and environmental destruction. Walls are being blown through and buildings are crumbling down, creating real-time tactical advantages.

"The trailer offers a first look at Pax Armata, a Private Military Corporation bankrolled by former NATO states whose agenda threatens to throw the world into global conflict," EA teases. "This sets the scene for what players can expect on the battlefield - both in multiplayer and the return of the series’ single player campaign."

Witness the vicious path of destruction carved by Pax Armata, the world’s leading private military company. PAX pursues the destruction of NATO and its allies, stopping at nothing to uphold their motto: “Our Protection, Your Peace.” Lock & load for the ultimate all-out warfare experience. Fight in high-intensity infantry combat. Rip through the skies in aerial dogfights. Demolish your environment for a strategic advantage. In a war of tanks, fighter jets, and massive combat arsenals, your squad is the deadliest weapon. This is Battlefield 6.

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait to see what this all looks like in a multiplayer environment, but thankfully not long. The Multiplayer Reveal fo Battlefield 6 is scheduled for Thursday, July 31st at 11:30 AM PDT / 14:30 PM EDT.

The livestream will feature developers from Battlefield STudios as they lift the curtain on Battlefield 6’s highly anticipated multiplayer. The showcase will feature a mixture of gameplay across Battlefield 6's sutie of modes, both new and returning. We'll also get a glimpse of the various maps that will be offered, and more.

The coverage will continue beyond the broadcast, as some of the first-person shoot community's largest content creators will share Battlefield 6 gameplay streams. Emphasizing EA's community-first approach to the development of Battlefield 6, these streams will provide unprecedented access to the game.

Battlefield 6 does not yet have a release date although a recent leak suggests the game could launch on October 10th. This is inline with previous reports, although some speculated that the game could be pushed back to 2026. EA has also confirmed there will be an open beta for Battlefield 6 but has not yet confirmed the date. We could get official details during the multiplayer revel next month; however, another leak revealed that the beta could begin as soon as August 4th.
