Bandai Namco has reportedly decided to censor one of the missions in their recently released
One Piece World Seeker. The mission in question, is one called The Phantom Remedy(also known as the Hot Springs Mission), which was included in Europe and Asia as an early purchase bonus.
The Phantom Remedy mission has Monkey D. Luffy going on a quest in which he has to collect hot water from Spa Island; where Nami and some other characters find themselves relaxing in.
Other than seeing Nami and these other female characters in mildly suggestive swim suits, there's not much else to the mission itself, but Bandai Namco has deemed appropriate not to release this mission in North America because of it — it would seem.
The only way players have to play The Phantom Remedy mission, is if they import a European or Asian version of
One Piece World Seeker, which is likely to have a few fans of the game scratching their heads. Again, the mission itself is pretty harmless, but it being censored may be annoying to some players.
The Straw Hat crew arrives on Jail Island where an ominous sense of danger seems to be looming. What could have attracted the World Government and the Germa 66 to this place?
One Piece: World Seeker is currently available for the PlayStation, Xbox One, and PC.
