The annual Game Awards will be broadcasting for the fourth time since 2014 to commemorate and award some of the best titles to come out for the gaming industry in 2017, but will also offer teases of what's to come in the following year.
Already with an announcement gameplay trailer revealed at E3 2017, Geoff Keighley, host and producer of the Game Awards dropped information that the highly anticipated Metro: Exodus will be getting an official trailer and (possibly) new gameplay.
Based on the the Metro novels by Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro: Exodus will be the third installment in the epic first-person shooter series, following the events of Metro: 2033 and Metro: Last Light. The series so far has challenged players to delve into the dangerous post-apocalyptic Russia, blending survival and horror to make a legendary, story-driven game.
Metro: Exodus will be released to PS4, Xbox One and PC, at an unspecified date in 2018.
