Dakar 18 is a rally raid simulation game developed by Portuguese studio Bigmoon Entertainment coming out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 25th of September.

Much like the name suggests, the game is based on the cross-country rally raid Dakar event. Dakar 18 will be featuring a huge open world across 3 different countries; Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru.

Dakar 18 will also give players the choice to pick any of the vehicles of their liking that go from bikes, cars, trucks, quad bikes, and UTVs. The game will also feature different weather conditions that will likely affect the player's driving, so it is important that players choose their vehicle carefully depending on the time of day, and weather conditions.

As a proper simulation game, Dakar 18 also features a roadbook that will help players know what direction they should be taking next, and how far they've travelled—pretty much working as the in-game map.

Take a look:

Based on the world famous annual rally raid organized by Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.) in South America, DAKAR 18 is a realistic simulation of the biggest cross-country rally in the world and features a variety of vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, trucks, quads and UTVs.

Dakar 18 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam on the 25th of September.
