Guitar Hero III Surpasses $100 Million

In its first week of sales, Guitar Hero III has earned over $115 million, making it Activision’s biggest product launch ever.

The continued success of the Guitar Hero franchise has firmly placed Activision into the second spot for third party publishers in the US, right behind Electronic Arts.
