Lauren S. Hissrich has been hired to produce Netflix's The Witcher. Her twitter is a great place to learn some interesting details about the Andrzej Sapkowski's novels adaptation. She's currently working on the "series bible", a comprehensive document that gives the screenwriters every bit of information about the world they'd need. Also, she's been working on The Witcher long before it was made official.

It looks like Hissrich has deleted her tweet about the locations, but it gave us a look at The Witcher's universe. The Daredevil showrunner flagged places, that should be familiar to the series fans: Creyden, Riverdell, Vengerberg, Cintra, Blaviken, Kaer Morhen, Ban Ar and Sodden Hill. These locations are a great way to introduce the audience to The Witcher universe, especially Kaer Morhen, which is similar to Hogwarts in many ways. Something's definitely up, considering that Hissrich deleted the tweet.

The fans of the series are a vocal bunch and they would love to see a faithful adaptation of the beloved novels and games. One of them expressed her concerns about the TV series: "While this is true I hope they don't water down the harsh environment that were medieval times. The world of the Witcher is not a nice fantasy world where everyone is happy. Geralt as a voice of reason is fine, the world being a believable version of medieval Poland is important". Hissrich responded and ensured the worried fan that "there will be no watering down". Sounds good, doesn't it?
