CYBERPUNK 2077: New Details On The Game's Shooting Mechanics Have Been Revealed
After promising that the game's soundtrack will surprise fans, CD Projekt Red's Marcin Momet has revealed some new details on the shooting mechanics in Cyberpunk 2077. Hit the jump for all of the details.
Yesterday we reported on a comment from CD Projekt Red's Marcin Momont about the soundtrack for Cyberpunk 2077, and now some more comments from the community lead have shed some more light on the shooting mechanics in the game.
While responding to fans on the official Cyberpunk 2077 forums, Momont revealed that players "won't be forced to aim down the sight all the time when shooting," meaning you will indeed be able to fire from the hip in the forthcoming RPG.
Although it may not be a huge surprise to learn that we'll be able to fire from the hip in the game, it's still nice to get some confirmation. Also, along with confirming this detail, Momont explained that, thanks to "various augmentations" in the game, players "will be able to improve" their ability to fire from the hip.
CD Projekt Red's community lead didn't reveal any specific augmentations that players can obtain, but previously released gameplay footage showed that some upgrades will come in the form of new cybernetic implants for your character.
