It is no secret to anyone that developer CD Projekt RED has found itself in the need of delaying the highly anticipated, and long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077 for varied reasons. This has given the developers time to polish some details, and give players the top quality product they are expecting from them.

Video games as ambitious as Cyberpunk 2077 really do require 100% of the developers' focus and commitment, so it is more than understandable to see CD Projekt RED making the right decisions, and pushing back the highly anticipated game for the sake of, well, the game itself.

Unfortunately for players, the game being delayed more times than they would've wished has also made them wonder whether this time will be the one, and Cyberpunk 2077 will finally release on Thursday the 19th of November as scheduled by CD Projekt RED.

To provide some more context, CD Projekt RED had initially intended for the game to release in April of this year — Keanu Reeves, who will be playing a role in the game, was the one who announced this — but the developer then pushed it back to September of this year.

Today, during CD Projekt RED's recent financial results report, Chief Financial Officer at CD Projekt RED Piotr Nielubowicz reveals that Cyberpunk 2077 will not be delayed any more, and that the game will effectively be releasing this November — which is great news.

The reveal itself is shared by Nielubowicz at the end of the report, when he mentions that "When we meet again in this format, Cyberpunk 2077 will have already been released," revealing that the next financial report will be shared in December.

Prior to the release of Cyberpunk 2077, however, CD Projekt RED is expected to share more infomration about the game in an upcoming Night City Wire presentation, so there are still more surprises for players to look forward to leading up to the game's long-awaited release.
