First FINAL FANTASY XV DLC Is Going To Bring Back This Fan-Favorite Villain

Gilgamesh is making his return to the Final Fantasy franchise in upcoming DLC for the recently released Final Fantasy XV. Titled "Episode Gladiolus," the game's producer - Haruyoshi Sawatari - sheds some light on what players should expect when they square of with the villain from the fifth instalment.

"The player confronts an enemy called Gilgamesh, who can only be seen in Episode Gladio," he reveals, adding: "In Episode Gladio, you're able to go into areas that cannot be entered in the main game." So, we're also going to get to explore some new areas in that case, and that should be fun! 
 
Those of you who have played Final Fantasy XV will know that there's a point in the narrative where this DLC could easily fit, but it's Gilgamesh's return which is the most exciting thing about this news. What form he'll take remains to be seen, but you can see one of the most recent iterations below.
