Skater XL has been in development for quite a while now, and Easy Day Studios has done everything within their reach to give players a proper skateboarding game that captured the essence of renowned series like Activision's all-time classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Electronic Arts' Skate.
Prior to Easy Day Studios's Skater XL, there hadn't been any skateboarding games by neither Activision or Electronic Arts' so fans were immediately excited for this new title. Some players, actually, have already had the chance to try Skater XL out, and they have even helped the developers see what works and what doesn't work in the game.
The video game skating community has even helped in the development of a few stages in Skater XL, which further prooves just how involved, and invested everyone was in the upcoming title — and this is never a bad thing, as they all made sure to deliver a top quality product.
Today is a great day for fans of the skateboarding genre, as Easy Day Studios' highly anticipted Skater XL has finally become available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox one, and PC, and the developer has shared an exciting new trailer that shows off some of the features the game is bringing with it.
For those of you wondering, Skater XL is also releasing for the Nintendo Switch, but the release date has yet to be confirmed by Easy Day Studios. In the meantime, be sure to check out the launch trailer for Skater XL down below, and leave us a comment to let us know what you think.
