After waiting a few weeks, the Rainbow Six Siege community can finally get to grips with the contents of Operation Grim Sky, as the new title update is now available.

In case you do not remember, Operation Grim Sky includes 2 new operators: Clash and Maverick. In addition, the Hereford Base redesign was enabled. As if that were not enough, players will find the elite Frost set, as well as new designs for the weapons.

On the other hand, Ubisoft made adjustments to the Consulate map, so the battles will be more dynamic and intense. The company will make 2-step verification a mandatory requirement to play PC-matched games.

When activating the feature, players will receive the Thermite bundle. If you already have the option enabled, the reward will also be received. The game experience will be better for everyone, since general balance adjustments were made for the Operators.

As for the console version, the dynamic resolution was added on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, Xbox One and Xbox One X. This will ensure a smooth gaming experience. Below I leave the details that Ubisoft shared in the update notes:

In PlayStation 4 the title will run at 1080p with a scale of render between 40% (1216x684) and 80% (1720x968)

In Xbox One it will go to 900p with a scale of render between 40% (1012x572) and 80% (1432x804)

In PS4 Pro it will run at 1440p with a render scale between 40% (1620x912) and 100% (2560x1440)

In Xbox One X it will run at 1728p with a render scale between 40% (1944x1092) and 100% (3072x1728)

In other related news, the company announced the Mexican Rainbow Six Siege Championship with a $500,000 MXN prize pool. The qualifying phase of the tournament began a few days ago.

Rainbow Six Siege is available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
