Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer is a game that crosses over Brace Yourself Games' rhythm game Crypt of the NecroDancer with Nintendo's critically acclaimed The Legend of Zelda series, and the result is a fun rhythm game that is surprisingly better than anyone could've anticipated.
The game has been available via the Nintendo Switch eShop since June of last year, and the game was so well-received that by December Nintendo and Brace Yourself Games decided to Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer even more love, announcing that more content was under way.
It was in July of this year that Nintendo and Brace Yourself Games dropped the big news, announcing that Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer would be getting a physical release, and that this version will be including all three of the previously released DLC packs.
The DLC features new playable characters like Impa, the Shadow versions of Link and Zelda — to name a few — a melody pack with new songs and remixes, as well as a brand-new story line that introduces Skull Kid from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Just in case you haven't been keeping track, Nintendo has kindly decided to remind players that the physical edition of Brace Yourself Games' acclaimed Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer has finally become available; giving players the chance to finally add this phenomenal game to their library of Nintendo Switch titles.
As Link — or even as Princess Zelda — you’ll explore the randomly generated overworld and dungeons on a quest to save Hyrule. Every beat of each remixed, The Legend of Zelda tune is a chance to move, attack, defend, and more, so stay one step ahead of each enemy and boss…or face the music.
Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer is currently available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
