Have you ever wondered what would happen if a Machoke and the Ball Guy mascot from the
Pokémon Sword & Shield games on Nintendo Switch sort of malleated into one being? One would think the answer to that would be a resounding "no" but someone has taken it upon themselves to answer that question for themselves anyways.
That someone is Youtube User
ProsafiaGaming, who provides footage of a mod that swaps the character model for Machoke with that of the Ball Guy, and the two fit each other so well its creepy. ProsafiaGaming shows his followers in his video that he not only faces the Ball Guy in a Max Raid Battle, but he goes on to actually capture him as a useable creature in
Pokémon Sword & Shield, followed by subsequently battling with him so that he can be shown off using Dynamax moves.
As
Polygon points out, Ball Guy is a strange target to pick on given everything the mascot has done for the character in the game, providing assistance and extra special capture balls all game long, but to each his own. Check out the video for yourself below!
This video shows what happens if Ball Guy was a Pokémon and a fightable Den Raid Boss as well as all Dynamax Moves in Pokémon Sword & Shield for Nintendo Switch.
