One day after leaking the headlining game for March's free PlayStation Plus games, Sony has now officially announced all of next month's titles. PGA Tour 2K25 will, indeed, be one of games available for PS Plus members. It will be joined by three more games: Monster Hunter Rise, Slime Rancher 2, and The Elder Scrolls Online.
As we previously noted, PGA Tour 2K25 is the latest installment in 2K's golf simulation franchise. It features the PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship, all making their PGA Tour 2K debut. The game also introduces EvoSwing, a new swing system mechanic that aims for more realistic club control, shot types, ball flight, and roll physics. Other features include a new MyPlayer customization, upgraded Skill Trees, and advanced Course Designer tools.
A surprising inclusion in next month's lineup is Monster Hunter Rise. Released in 2021, this action role-playing game is part of Capcom's long-running Monster Hunter series, which puts players int he role of a Hunter tasked with tracking, battling, and defeating huge monsters. Monster Hunter Rise was notable in transforming the franchise with the introduction of the Wirebug, the addition of the Palamute, and seamless environments with an emphasis on vertical exploration.
For those craving some co-op action, Monster Hunter Rise is the game for you. With support for up to four-player co-op, you can squad up and go on thrilling hunts. As you defeat monsters, you'll acquire materials that can be used to craft and upgrade your weapons and armor. And that pretty much sums up the gameplay loop.
Also free on PS Plus next month is Slime Rancher 2, a sequel to the award-winning farm-life simulation and exploration game. Returning as slime rancher Beatrix LeBeau, you leave earth and journey to the vibrant Rainbow Island. As you explore this mysterious land and its different biomes, you'll discover ancient technology, unknown natural resources, and a variety of slimes, each with unique behaviors and preferences. Once you collect these slimes, you can feed and raise them on your ranch in order to produce plorts, which can then be sold for Newbucks to upgrade your ranch, gear, and overall capabilities.
The fourth and final game for PS Plus during March is The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road. This is usually a paid expansion for the long-running MMO set nearly1,000 years before The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. In the game, players travel and adventure through the land of Tamriel. The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road will grant access to all major Chapter zones, biomes, and quest arcs across Tamriel, although it does not include the 2025 Content Pass.
All four of these games will be available for PlayStation Plus members to claim during the month of March 2026. The games will be available to download or add to your collection beginning Tuesday, March 3rd.
As a reminder, you'll have until Monday, March 2nd to add February's free PS Plus games to your library. This includes Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown.
