The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for the Nintendo Switch is a wonderful remake of the original action-adventure title that released for the Game Boy in the early 90s, with a beautiful new art style and a phenomenal orchestrated soundtrack.
The game takes Link to a mysterious island full of interesting and memorable characters that will aid him on his quest to wake the Wind Fish, like Old Man Ulrira — who will not even talk to you in person, but don't hesitate to call him on the phone, since he will always tell you what to do and where to go next.
In
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, Koholint Island itself can also be considered a character in its own right — after all, this is where the player will spend most of their time exploring; when they're not trying to solve puzzles inside of its many dungeons, that is.
Today Nintendo has released a new video for
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, which has Old Man Ulrira himself guiding us through the dreamy Koholint Island's iconic landmarks — from the cosy Mabe Village, to the unforgiving Yarna Desert; just call him outside.
