Online servers for the PlayStation 3 versions of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, and The Last of Us, will be going offline on the 3rd of September, as announced by Naughty Dog earlier today; after 10 years since Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was launched.

It's been a great ride for players who started playing Uncharted 2: Among Thieves online back in 2009, but good things sometimes must come to an end, so it is more than understandable that the servers are shutting down — especially now that the PlayStation 4 is at the very end of its life cycle.

The good news is that Naughty Dog also announced that all of the multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 2: Among ThievesUncharted 3: Drake's Deception, and The Last of Us will be made free as of today, so players who still haven't got a chance to play online with all of the DLC, will have a chance to play from today until the 3rd of September.
