The massive online pirate game ATLAS has been hacked by several players and is now hosting a variety of things like tanks, planes and even whales. This is not the first time the game has had problems like this. The title has had connectivity problems and overall stability issue.

We do not know how this exactly happened, but several players accessed the game's administrative tools as well as player accounts and went over the game's security making the impossible possible. With this sort of access, players are able to add anything they want to the game.

The hackers have included things like World War II tanks, planes and even giant whales. In terms of gamechanging elements, they were able to make themselves invisible, create invincible enemies and even spawn crazy amounts of enemies that would normally spawn at super rare times.

Developer Grapeshot Games has closed the servers and are solving the issues right now. The company states that in order to prevent things like this in the future, it will create new filters and security measures.

ATLAS is available for the PC
