In November of last year, a rumour suggested that a brand-new entry in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series was currently being in development; not only that, but it also claimed that there were also remakes of previous titles being considered.

The information actually came from a rather reputable source, as pro skater Lizzie Armanto revealed that a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game was coming out and that she would be also be in it. This information was shared by Armanto during an interview with The Nine Club's podcast.

What's interesting here is that the bit in which she accidentally revealed that there was a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game coming out was edited out of the podcast; adding even more credibility to the rumour.

As it turns out, new information keeps adding fuel to the rumour, and the information now comes from Australian rock band The Death Set, who recently shared a post on Faceboon in which they revealed that the band had licensed 5 songs to a "Tony Hawk 2020" video game.

The information shared by The Death Set has not been confirmed by any developers yet, but the fact that they have already licensed music for this mysterious game is pretty much solid proof that there actually is a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater title being developed. Fingers crossed.
