In a recent interview with Wccftech, Saber Interactive Chief Operating Officer Matthew Karch has shared some exciting news for players, particularly Nintendo Switch owners, as he reveals that the studio still isn't done developing games for the Nintendo Switch, and that they still have some surprises in store for the console.
Saber Interactive is the studio behind the praised Nintendo Switch port of CD Projekt RED's critically acclaimed The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, as well as Call of Cthulhu, Vampyr, Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered, and the recently announced Nintendo Switch port of World War Z.
According to Karch, Saber Interactive knows that the Nintendo Switch still has a lot of untapped potential, and they want to keep developing for Nintendo's popular handheld hybrid console. In fact, Karch hints that they have yet to reveal some new titles that will surprise fans.
"We are big fans of the Nintendo Switch and feel there is still a lot of great potential in the hardware and the platform," Karch reveals.
"We have had enormous success so far, launching many titles on the Switch, and we are continuing to develop for the platform. We do feel there is more developers can get out of the Switch hardware, and we think fans will be surprised at some of the upcoming titles for it."
As mentioned above, Saber Interactive is the studio in charge of porting World War Z to the Nintendo Switch. While the game still doesn't have an official release date for the Switch, it will be great to see what the studio is capable of doing with this port. After seeing what they managed to do with the port of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, the sky is now the limit for Saber Interactive.
