Over the past couple of days, Lionsgate and Gearbox have been tweeting out photos of each individual main character in the upcoming Borderlands movie adaptation. Today, the full cast has come together in one single image and, well, unfortunately, we don't get to see too much.

Like the inidividual images that came before it, we only see the shadowy silhouette of each character. Posing in front of a screen are the various characers in Borderlands. From left to right we've got Krieg (Florian Munteanu), Tiny Tina (Ariana Greenblatt), Tannis (Jamie Lee Curtis), Lilith (Cate BLanchett), Roland (Kevin Hart), and Claptrap (voiced by Jackblack).

"They form a family band, psychos get fried, wounds open and heal and I promise you...YOU'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT!" Jamie Lee Curtis tweeted alongside the photo.

"From the studio that brought you La La Land…comes a movie absolutely nothing like La La Land," joked the Borderlands account.

The Borderlands movie is a live-action adaptation of Gearbox's popular looter-shooter franchise of the same name. The film follows Lilith on a search and rescue mission as she returns to her home planet of Pandora to find the missing daughter of Atlas, "the universe's most powerful S.O.B." To do so, Lilith teams up with Roland, Krieg, Tiny Tina, Tannis, and Claptrap. Check out the full synopsis below:

Lilith (Blanchett), an infamous outlaw with a mysterious past, reluctantly returns to her home planet of Pandora to find the missing daughter of the universe’s most powerful S.O.B., Atlas (Ramirez). Lilith forms an alliance with an unexpected team – Roland (Hart), a former elite mercenary, now desperate for redemption; Tiny Tina (Greenblatt), a feral pre-teen demolitionist; Krieg (Munteanu), Tina’s musclebound, rhetorically challenged protector; Tannis (Curtis), the scientist with a tenuous grip on sanity; and Claptrap (Black), a persistently wiseass robot. These unlikely heroes must battle alien monsters and dangerous bandits to find and protect the missing girl, who may hold the key to unimaginable power. The fate of the universe could be in their hands – but they’ll be fighting for something more: each other. Based on the game from Gearbox and 2K, one of the bestselling videogame franchises of all time, welcome to Borderlands.

Borderlands is directed by Eli Roth with a screenplay he co-wrote with Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin. No official release date for the film has been announced, but hopefully this teaser image is a hint that we'll be getting a trailer or perhaps some official still images where we can actually see the characters.

With E3 right around the corner, it's possible Lionsgate could leverage the massive gaming event to reveal a trailer. 2K, the parent company of Gearbox, hasn't announced a time or date for an E3 showcase yet.
