In January, Director David Cage revealed his ambitious plans to partner with NetEase and launch Quantic Dream's recent titles on "
all platforms." Today, that dream became a reality, as
Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, and
Detroit: Become Human are officially coming to PC via the Epic Games Store.
Yes, those David Cage-directed games are no longer PlayStation exclusives. While
Rain, Beyond, and
Detroit will be available for PC, it obviously doesn't mean that you won't be able to purchase their PS3 and PS4 editions (only PS4 when it comes to last year's
Become Human) anymore. In the context of Cage's statement from January, there's also a chance that the games will be playable on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, but Quantic has not revealed any plans to bring their titles to those consoles yet.
As a reminder,
Heavy Rain launched in 2010,
Beyond: Two Souls in 2013, and
Detroit: Become Human just last year. Given that those titles will be available on PC, it basically means that you will be able to play every Quantic’s game ever made thus far on PC (including
Fahrenheit). While we're still waiting for the confirmation of the ports' release date, take a closer look at Quantic's recent output down below:
