This week Blizzard annouced that the original Starcraft along with its expansion Brood War is available for FREE! This is great news for fans of the game (like myself) as they get to relive all the great moments of the original game. It also gives some great backstory and some explanation for what happens in Starcraft II.
From the transformation of Kerrigan, to Samir Duran and Alexi Stokuv it is all there to enjoy once again. The game was launched almost 20 years ago in 1998. The release comes on the heels of Blizzard announcing that the remastered version is in the works.
