Black Friday is almost upon us, but the holiday deals have been going for much of this month already. Whereas the Friday after Thanksgiving used to be a day spent at the stores, now you can shop from the comfort of your couch.
Many retailers and video game publishers have already launched their Black Friday deals, so if you're in the market for a PS5 or PlayStation games, there's no shortage of enticing offers out there. Below is a round-up of the best Black Friday 2024 deals for PlayStation.
Best PS5 Console Deals For Black Friday 2024
This year's holiday bundle is the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Console - Fortnite® Cobalt Star Bundle. Available at most major retailers, this includes the Slim PS5 console plus eight in-game cosmetics (estimated value of 5,000 V-Bucks) and 1,000 V-Bucks for use in Fortnite — all for $374.99. This represents a savings of $75.
There's also a version with a Disc Drive for $424.99. This can also be purchased from any of the above-mentioned retailers.
If for whatever reason you don't want any of the Fortnite cosmetics, the slim PS5 Digital Console ($374.99) and slim PS5 Console with Disc ($424.99) are also $75 off. Again, you can find these at most major retailers, including PlayStation Direct. There's also the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Console NBA 2K25, which includes the Slim PS5 with a copy of NBA 2K25 for $374.99.

Hundreds of games are available for a discount this week, including some of this year's biggest sports titles, blockbuster adventures, and Game of the Year nominees. It's worth noting that many of these deals are for the physical edition of games, meaning if you have a Digital PS5 you really can't take advantage of them. Instead, you'll have to shop directly through the PlayStation Store. The savings aren't usually as much when buying digital through the PlayStation Store, but you can still find some good deals.
