Ghost of Tsushima was released in June of this year to an overwhelmingly positive reception from critics and mainstream audiences, which is to be expected from a Sucker Punch-developed title. It didn't take long until the developers revealed that more content was coming to the game.
Sucker Punch revealed that this new content would be added to Ghost of Tsushima at a yet-to-be-determined date this Fall, and that co-op multiplayer mode was one of the features that would be introduced. Unfortunately for some, co-op will only be available for PlayStation Plus players.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is the game's new co-op mode, which will be added via the free Ver. 1.1 update, but it isn't only PlayStation Plus subscribers that will get new content, and in the latest trailer we get to learn more about what's coming to the game.
First things first, Sucker Punch reveals that update Ver. 1.1 will be rolling out Next week on Friday the 16th of October, and will be adding New Game+ for all players; a mode that becomes available after players complete the single player campaign, and that allows them to start a new game with all of the items they collected during their first playthrough.
Sucker Punch also gives players some details about the four classes that players can play as in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, which the developer thoroughly details on the official PlayStation Blog, which you can read by clicking right here.
