Sega has just announced that they will be localizing Project Sakura Wars in the West, coming out exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and expected to release in Spring of 2020.

Co-developed by Red Entertainment and Sega, and Created by Ouji Hiroi, Sakura Wars is a series of tactical role-playing games with adventure elements that was initially released for the Sega Saturn back in 1996.

As per the official press release, Sega mentions that Project Sakura Wars will be in the 1940s Imperial Tokyo, where players will have to bring the Imperial Theater back to its former glory after a cataclysm devastated the Imperial Combat Revue of Tokyo 10 years prior.

Project Sakura Wars will feature Japanese voice acting, but the game will still include subtitles in English, German, French, and Spanish.
