With the holiday season now upon us, retailers and video game makers are starting to roll out their Black Friday and holiday sales. Just yesterday, Walmart kicked off its pre-Black Friday event with discounts on various Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo consoles and sales.

Today, Nintendo officially unveiled its own Black Friday deals. This year, Nintendo will be offering savings on select Joy-Con controllers, games, and console bundles. Deals will be found online and at various retailers.

Beginning on November 24th, you'll be able to save $20 on select Nintendo Switch games. Some of the Switch's biggest titles will be discounted at local retailers, including Best Buy, GameSpot, Target, and Walmart. Here are the deals:

  • The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - $49.99
  • Super Mario Maker 2 - $39.99
  • Animal Crossing: New Horizons - $39.99
  • Pikmin 4 - $39.99
  • Nintendo Switch Sports - $39.99
  • Kirby and the Forgotten Land - $39.99
  • Super Mario Odyssey - $29.99
  • Pikmin 1+2 - $29.99

In addition to game discounts, various Nintendo Switch consoles and peripherals will also be on sale. The Neon Red and Neon Blue Joy-Con controllers and the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller will be $20 off the suggested retail price, while the Nintendo Switch Carrying Case & Screen Protector - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition will be $10 off the selected price.

If you're one of the few who still don't own a Nintendo Switch, multiple console bundles will be available this holiday season. The Nintendo Switch: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle is back once again. Available for $299.99, you'll get the Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and 12 months of Nintendo Switch Online — a savings of $79.98.

A new offer this year is the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle. This includes the OLED Model of the consoles with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and 12 months of Nintendo Switch for $349.99 — which is also a savings of $79.98.

For those who don't necessarily need the hybrid console and are on a bit more of a budget this holiday season, there's the Nintendo Switch Lite: Hyrule Edition with Bonus Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. Available for $209.99 — a savings of $39.99 — this special edition system features a gold-colored design inspired by the Legend of Zelda game series, with the iconic Hylian Crest displayed on the back. This bundle only includes a  12-month Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership and does not come with any additional games. However, Nintendo Switch Online does provide access to Nintendo 64, SEGA Genesis, and Game Boy Advance games in addition to all the NES, Super NES, and Game Boy classics.

All of these deals will go live beginning November 24th. We'll also be posting retailer-specific Black Friday deals as they get announced.
