During today's State of Play broadcast, Sony revealed that they were teaming up with Camouflaj and Marvel Games to deliver
Iron Man VR; a new title that will have players taking on the role of playboy millionaire Tony Stark.
The teaser trailer did not show us much about the game but, according to the official PlayStation Blog, the game will be featuring a brand-new Iron Man suit by legendary Marvel illustrator and costume designer Adi Granov — who is very well-known for his work on the 2006 Iron Man Extremis series.
The main idea behind Iron Man VR, as revealed by the game's Director Ryan Payton, was to give players the true Iron Man experience by focusing on the flying and shooting in a way that they feel natural and have them go "Wow... I feel like Iron Man!".
Iron Man VR will not be an origin story, but it will be focusing on Tony Stark confronting ghosts from his past, which is what will give the game an interesting narrative that will have players playing as Iron Man right from the beginning, while also exploring crucial events in Tony's life.
