Developed by Camouflaj and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Marvel's Iron Man VR is an upcoming first-person shooter game for the PlayStation 4 — specifically PlayStation VR. Of course, it's based on the popular Marvel Comics superhero of the same name.
Originally set to release on February 28th, Marvel's Iron Man VR was pushed back to May 15th (today) back in January so that the studio had ample to properly assemble it. That's not the last delay Marvel's Iron Man VR would be subject to, however, as the upcoming virtual reality game was delayed indefinitely just a month ago along with The Last of Us Part II.
While Naughty Dog's upcoming PlayStation-exclusive sequel received a new release date before the end of last month, only now has Marvel's Iron Man VR been provided a new launch date. Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced (via @PlayStation) that Marvel's Iron Man VR will now go live for PlayStation 4's PlayStation VR on July 3rd, 2020.
What's more, the announcement tweet also teases to look out for more information in the coming weeks. Whatever that may be, we will be sure to cover it. So, be sure to stay tuned to Gamefragger for more Marvel's Iron Man VR coverage.
