With only three days left before the launch of the Playstation 5, Sony has made no qualms with advertising the adventures that players new and old will be able to embark on. From treks through space to swinging across the skyscrapers of New York City, the Playstation 5 is promising experiences that no other console can compete with.
Some of the exclusives are completely original titles that have never been introduced before; however, others are sequels or spin-offs to some of the company's greatest gaming achievements. One of the breakout hits of the PS4, Horizon Zero Dawn, has announced that a new sequel will be coming to the console titled Horizon Forbidden West. The new game promises to further the adventures of Aloy and introduce new environments and creatures for players to explore and battle.
For some time now, there hasn't been a hard confirmation of when the game would be releasing, as it isn't a launch title, and now with the release of a new launch trailer for the console, some fine print has given a semi-concrete timeframe. According to the video, the sequel is expected to release in the second half of 2021. This could change for better or worse, but for right now, this seems to be what players can look forward to regarding a release date.
