When Insomniac Games announced MARVEL's Spider-Man Remastered, they revealed that this enhanced version of the critically acclaimed title would be getting some additional content that eould not be added to the PlayStation 4 version.
Earlier this month, and to everyone's surprise, the developer announced that this new content — which includes three brand-new suits — would also be added to MARVEL's Spider-Man, although players would have to wait just a little bit longer than MARVEL's Spider-Man Remastered players to get it.
On top of that, and this is definitely the cherry on top, this update would also allow players to transfer their save data from the PlayStation 4 version of the game to MARVEL's Spider-Man; a feature that Insomniac Games had previously revealed they would not be adding.
Insomniac Games has got some great news for MARVEL's Spider-Man players, as the developer has revealed that a brand-new update has just rolled out over the weekend, and players can now transfer their save data from the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 version of the game, and get the Arachnid Rider, Armoured Advanced Suit, and the suit from The Amazing Spider-Man movie.
In case you were wondering, this update for the game is completely free; all players have to do is boot up MARVEL's Spider-Man and it will automatically download. As it is expected from a proper update, some recurring issues have also been fixed.
