Just last week, Devolver Digital revealed that Nomada Studio's critically acclaimed, and artsy 2D platformer Gris was going to be releasing for the PlayStation 4; bringing with it an experience like none other before.

The Game Awards has even nominated Nomada Studio's Gris for Fresh Indie Game, Games for Impact, and Best Art Direction — being a solid contender in all three of the categories it's been nominated for; so it's the best time for PlayStation 4 players to treat themselves to this phenomenal game.

According to Nomada Studio, the PlayStation 4 version of the game has been optimised to support 4K resolution when being played on a PlayStation 4 Pro — making the game's visuals stand out even more than on other platforms; without taking away from the other versions, of course.

Now that Gris has finally become available for the PlayStation 4, Devolver Digital has released a new accolades trailer that shows off not only some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews the game has gotten but also its beautiful art style.

Check it out:

Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality.

Gris is available for the PlayStation 4 today.
